This hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The hotel itself was sparkling clean, and our room was immaculate. We were so grateful to have a restaurant on-site, especially one that was so affordable. For a group of 8, we could easily enjoy a delicious meal for just $60-$75. The portions were huge, and many dishes were perfect for sharing. It was a great way to experience Ethiopian cuisine in a relaxed setting. Honestly, I can't imagine finding a better hotel in Sodo. The Haile Hotel Wolaita exceeded our expectations on every level. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, look no further!

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Haile Hotel Wolaita with my family. The hotel staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. Every member went out of their way to insure our comfort and greeted us with big smiles daily. We ate breakfast at the hotel daily along with a couple of dinners. The food is excellent with a nice variety of traditional Ethiopian and international dishes. Rooms were large and clean. Stay on the courtyard side if you are sensitive to noise. I enjoyed the excitement of being on the street side and my wife preferred the quiet of the courtyard side. We had a mix of rooms with our large family. I highly recommend this hotel and visiting the amazing villages in the Wolaita region
